About Us
The Sideline Post is the first ever platform where college athletes can be heard in a light quite different from those of their arenas and stadiums. This initiative aims to bring authenticity to the players sidelined by their athletic personas, highlighting the uniqueness of their lives beyond their sports pursuits.
Allow us to take you off the court, off the field, off the mats, and into the stories of today’s college athletes.
Our Founder
Kayla Padilla | Founder, Editor-in-Chief
Kayla is a graduate student at the University of Southern California using her last year of eligibility while pursuing a master’s business degree. She recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where she received a degree from the Wharton School of Business and was a four-year starter for the Women’s Basketball Team.
The idea of The Sideline Post was conceived in December of 2019 before coming into fruition in April of 2020.
